THE BLOCK
Minimalist approach in aesthetic finishes, complex space planning, and a structural feat. This residence is located in Baguio City. The entrance is right along the road. This allowed for a foyer, obscuring the interior spaces from vehicular traffic and the public eye. Hence, all living spaces face the forested area at the back, taking advantage of the beautiful surroundings and its seclusion.

TANDANG SORA
Clean lines and efficient spaces. This project required for four individual rooms that can function as a unit in itself but still resembling as a part of one home. Drawing from the concept of repurposing container vans, the design for this project allowed for a very straightforward geometry of space. Simple solutions translated into functional living spaces.
DUPLEX IN BAGUIO
A duplex residential building located in Baguio City. The design was intended to have an asymmetrical façade for character. Each unit has 3 floors, having 2 bedrooms and a basement unit for each. Situated on a high area, the bedrooms were strategically positioned to take advantage of the 180-degree view of the mountain ranges.

Simple and classic. A 200-sqm home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an attic. Clean lines, simple geometry, neutral colors, and ample openings for light and air.
